James Wallace is the Lead Coach and Consultant at Fountainhead Coaching llc. James has over 28 years in Corporate IT as both an Engineer and Leader. Throughout his career he was always the one challenged with building solutions, processes, and teams that everyone else avoided.
James was able to discover a methodology and approach to tap into his inner leader and through that has untapped his own potential while on a path to a more satisfying and fulfilling life. James received his Coaching Training through Ipec one of the worlds leading Coaching schools and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index-Master Practitioner (ELi-MP).
